I am an ethically and ethnically driven psychotherapist in Florida. With a degree in Philosophy and Religion from Roberts Wesleyan College, NY and CACREP accredited Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I have over 3000 hours of direct psychotherapy experience in working with children, teens, and adults. With clinical experience spanning the spectrum of individual psychotherapy for mental health disorders to everyday challenges of life through individual, couples, and family therapy. My work is based on an infusion of the totality of human life and the clinical skills that have yielded high success with my clients. My clients receive non-biased and non-discriminatory psychotherapy that promotes growth. In addition, I also serves as an adjunct professor of Counselor Education at Stetson University, FL. 

I specializes in a trauma-informed approach and the use of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for the treatment of behavioral and mental health challenges. I specialize in psychotherapy for the following:
